Do The Math

Open yourself up for a miracle!  Be ready for a breakthrough!  If you are not open and you are not ready, then nothing will happen!  God is waiting on you to put down those things that would seek to hold you back.  They may be people, or habits, or material things that keep you from seeing what God truly has in store for you.  Once you have taken off the shades of world and exposed your eyes to God’s light, you will be able to see the path that was meant for your feet!

Good day to you all!  I am praying for a miracle for each of you!  Pray for yourself, and believe that God is going to do what He said He is going to do!  He is faithful and He is just!  What an awesome God we serve!

I have never been a great math student.  I would even venture to say that math was my worst subject in school.  I had a passion for Writing and I loved English, but when it came to math I was never very strong. I was always good with words, never good with numbers.  Did you realize in life we are doing math all of the time. In our heads we add up all of the problems that we have. How many days have you done the following problem in your head:

Problem A + Problem B + Problem C = Disaster

Or maybe you are more familiar with this one:

Bill A + Bill B – My paycheck= No money

Trust me when I tell you I am no stranger to either, but I am going to tell you how I stopped getting stumped when life through those problems at me.  When nothing would add up and when there was more subtraction going on that was trying to divide my faith.  I pray for God to multiply.  Understand, that for the longest time I would look at what I had and I would try to find ways of adding to it.  If I had $10 I would try to add another $10 in order to make $20, but God told me to let Him do the math.  I looked around at creation and I realized that I can plant one tree at a time, but God is the creator or deep lush forests.  I looked up  at the stars in the sky and realized that there is only one that could create the sun and duplicate it a million times and then use the duplicates as decorations for the what we call night time.  Then I turned to the Bible and I read that Jesus took 5 loaves of bread and two fish and fed 5000 people.  These things convinced me that I need to let God do the math.  When I did this, here is what my math started to look like

Problem A + Problem B x God= No problem at all

Bill A + Bill B – My Paycheck x God= A miraculous turn around

I won’t let the world divide my faith because in the midst of division I always carry THE ONE.  The best day of your life will be the day when you stop trying to count on your fingers, and allow God to do the math.
