It is by the blood of Jesus that we are free! There is no need to wait for independence day to celebrate being free, but let every day be a celebration that we are dependent upon Jesus and he is faithful to be there for us. Keep your head up and don’t let anyone bring you down. Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and stand boldly on God’s promises. May God protect you and keep you for all of the days of your life.
Good day to you all! Speak life into your world, and seek peace everywhere that you do. Walk knowing that your footsteps are guiding by God! Today is another opportunity for you to shine!
Looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2
When I was a child I remember there was a bully at my school. I remember the bully was bigger than everyone else, and he got a certain enjoyment out of making everyday school life miserable. One day someone stood up to the bully and told him, “You have been causing trouble and picking on me long enough. You have been messing with me long enough, and now I am going to beat you up”, and the bully replied, “You and what army?”. The boy told the bully, “I may not beat you the first time, but I am going to keep fighting you until I win.” This was quite a proclamation coming from an elementary school student. Would you believe that the bully backed down? Would you believe that there wasn’t a single punch thrown? The victory went to the one that stood up even though he was just an army of one.
Dear Reader, I want to encourage you to stand up to your bully. Stand up and let him know that you are not going to take it anymore. I want to encourage you to let your enemy know that you are going to defeat him. Now I want you to be aware that you are going to be asked a question when you do this. I want you to know so that you can be prepared to answer. The question is going to be: “You, and what army?”. Dear Reader I want you to look the enemy square in the eye and tell Him, “ I may look small, and you may appear big, but I only have an army of one. His name is Jesus and he has never been defeated.” He took on oppression, and won. He took on false profits, and won. And as if his resume was not impressive enough, Jesus took on death, and won. He arose from the grave on that Easter morning with ALL power in His hands. The enemy will bully you, and run rampant in your life until you stand up and tell the him that what you have is all you need, and Mr. Bully you will be defeated because I have an army of one, and every battle that He has been in He has won. What a proclamation! The victory is yours Dear Reader all you have to do is stand up. You are marching into battle with an Army of One. The victory is already yours, and the outcome has been decided, all you have to do is claim it for yourself. Get excited Dear Reader, and stand boldly on the word of God! Your bully’s are going to fall! Nothing can keep you from the destiny that God has for you. You are victorious today, and blessed always!
You are so beautiful, so loved, and so blessed
John Reed
