Rolling In The Deep

There is a certain beauty in the imperfection that makes up the perfect creation that is you. There is a something deep about the shallowness of your dimple and something encouraging about the subtle smile that you give when the spirit whispers in your ear.  God does not give us the spirit of fear, and there is something empowering about the look of determination in your eye when you are faced with challenges that leave you with the odds against you, because you know that God can even the odds. The spirit that is in you comes out whenever you open your mouth so today I pray that today you speak life to someone’s dream who feels that their dreams have long since passed away. Speak truth to someone who has surrounded themselves with lies. I speak these words to you  because the creation of you has made this world a much better place to dwell in, and I am privileged, and blessed to share this space and time with you.

Good day to you all!  Don’t let anyone bring you down today!  As a matter of fact make today the day tha you lift someone up.  Someone is reaching out to you, do not ignore their hands!
The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Genesis 1:2
There's a fire starting in my heart
Reaching a fever pitch, it's bringing me out the dark
Finally I can see you crystal clear –Adele “Rolling in the Deep”
As a child one of the first fears that we conquer is our fear of the dark.  When we are children in the dark sometimes our imagination wants to run away with us.  Sometimes we see things that are not there.  We spend so much time worrying about what we don’t see, that often times we lose sleep.  I remember my mother giving me a night light to help me feel secure about being in my dark room.  As you already know, a night light doesn’t provide a lot of light, but it does provide just enough light to keep the room from being completely dark.  It provides some security for an over active imagination.  Even though the night light does not provide us with enough light to be able to see anything, it can help a child deal with the dark a lot better.
Dear Reader I want you to understand that as children of God sometimes we are still afraid of the dark.  There are dark times in our lives that we still need just a little light in order to know that everything is going to be alright.  We know that weeping may endure through the night, but the good news in that whole we wait on our morning to come, God does provides us with a night light. We don’t have to let our imaginations run away with us because God is there.  We don’t have to let our hearts be troubled because God is in our hearts and He has promised to supply all of our needs.  Don’t be afraid of the dark.  Sometimes we can let our imaginations roll in the deep, but Dear Reader what seems like a deep ocean to us is a splash of water to our God.  What seems like a mountain to us, to God is merely a piece of a grain of sand. Dear Reader be encouraged and know that God does His best work in the dark.  In Genesis we learn that before the earth was made, darkness was everywhere. God then spoke to the darkness and said let there be light, and from there created the world around you. You may be doing through a dark moment, but when you pray to the one that can speak light into existence, what started as a night light will turn into a flood light. God will bring you out of the dark and when He does you will be able to see crystal clear that it was only through His grace and mercy were you able to make it through.  Be encouraged Dear Reader and don’t get caught rolling in the deep dark recesses of your imagination.  God will provide a light in your heart, and you will be able to see Him crystal clear!
You are beautiful, loved, and blessed
John Reed
